New Wendy'sProbably not very exciting for most, but for us with our limited dietary choices and finances, it was exciting to see this new Wendy's go in just down the street. Wendy's offers more choices for those on the Feingold Diet than your average fast food joint that offer only fries dunked in TBHQ laced oil. They also have more gluten free options than some fast food restaurants. However, a few years ago, all the Wendy's in the St. Louis area closed down! They have slowly begun to reopen some, including one in the next town over. Given the number of empty stores around the metro area, we were suprised to see this one being built, but given that is only 1/2 mile away and across the street from church, we don't complain!
